Already down to 54F here... a brisk summer evening by all accounts. July minimums in the 40s aren't especially rare up here, but it would still be cool to see tonight.

52° right now.. Fall is fast approaching!

So close, I bottomed out right at 50, I'm guessing at least one of you touched the 40s.

2nd coolest June and July around the area of the 2010's behind 2014. First time since 2007 that there was so much ridging and warmth in the West without much heat over our area.

Yeah will finish July here slightly below normal, just slightly warmer than 2014.

This Summer reminds me of 2014 in some ways.  Both had hot and humid days in July, but as you know 2014 was a pretty cool Summer overall.  If August were to follow suit, that would mean seasonable weather and a lot of chilly mornings.  I had quite a few nights in the 50's that month, and even some upper 40's if I recall correctly.

Just goes to show how warm this decade has been. Temperatures within .5 to 1 of normal actually feel cool. The last time we had any real extended cool during the summer was 2009.

Yeah I agree.  Slightly below average feels a lot cooler than it really is.

Sunset down to 8:10pm here.  Dropping fast as we enter August...

Summer peaked already. We may have another couple of days in the low 90's as that war tries to build up but I doubt we see anything more significant than earlier this month and during the June heatwave!

142 days to winter!

Most people are at work today. I'm coming home from New Orleans tonight.

At work too man. My wife is a teacher and she's gone to the beach with her friends. It's really just a beautiful day. Hope you had a good time in New Orleans. Never been there but I heard it's fun!

Lol this is gonna be my attitude throughout winter. This subforum holds onto winter for dear life, halfway through spring.

Picture perfect summer weather today. B)
