squall line gusts topped out at 36 mph on my weather station... which is 10meters off the ground on an open hill top. Pretty meh...

   The NWS Storm Prediction Center has issued a

   * Tornado Watch for portions of 
     Eastern Georgia
     Western and Central South Carolina

   * Effective this Monday afternoon and evening from 205 PM until
     900 PM EDT.

   * Primary threats include...
     A few tornadoes likely with a couple intense tornadoes possible
     Widespread damaging wind gusts to 70 mph likely
     Scattered large hail and isolated very large hail events to 2
       inches in diameter possible

   SUMMARY...A line of severe thunderstorms over central Georgia will
   track eastward across the watch, while isolated cell form out ahead.
    All of this activity will pose a risk of damaging winds and a few
   tornadoes.

...A TORNADO WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 300 PM EDT FOR CENTRAL
WASHINGTON COUNTY...

At 241 PM EDT, a confirmed tornado was located near Hebron, or near
Sandersville, moving east at 50 mph.

HAZARD...Damaging tornado.

SOURCE...Radar confirmed tornado.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is
         likely.

Locations impacted include...
Sandersville, Davisboro, Tennille, Oconee, Deepstep, Riddleville,
Downs, Warthen and Hebron.

Lots of reports of trees down in Anderson, Central ( the town), and Northern Greenville county. Hearing lots of sirens, there was a brief couplet very, very close to Simpsonville, Fairview Rd area!

Saw a couplet that died fast. Also saw a pretty decent couplet before the warning east of Easley.

Nothing too severe up the mountain but steady, steady rain and thunder for the better part of 4 hours.

The last reading for Hendersonville was at 1:00p with 1.23 inches being picked up. I assume the total before all is said and done will be around 2". That'll total around 6" for the last 7 days.

* At 331 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located 11 miles southeast of McCormick, or 17 miles north of
  Evans, moving northeast at 55 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Edgefield around 350 PM EDT.
  Johnston around 355 PM EDT.

Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include Plum
Branch, Parksville, Modoc and Clarks Hill.
