They always say wait an hour the HRRR will change, but the 4z has the mix zone advancing a whole lot faster than 1, 2, or 3z.  Guess we'll see how the rest of the run evolves...

There's got to be something to the HRRR increasing totals each run.  The 4z has the sleet line only barely touching the Delaware river before retreating and outputs 16" for PHL.  Surface temps stay well below freezing throughout, it's just that pesky warm layer at 850...
