Ha.  I'm actually proud to say I work for all y'all.  I'm the CIO at the US General Services Administration.  Pretty tortured career path from research meteorologist in private industry to a Fed CIO.  Happy to tell anyone via PM if they like.  Met degrees are VERY marketable.

Enough of that.  Temp is 29.9F here in Clarksburg, it's snowing nicely and everything has turned white.  Excellent evening so far.

My GSA Schedule 70 has been hung up for a while. Can you break it loose?

LOL I kept checking radar and thought it's not here yet, then I step out and am surprised by light snow and a coating on grass and cars.  Hope LWX gets that radar going!

This is legitimately the post if the winter! Hilarious! We are entering tough times here. Like 1850s storms where no radar exists. God help us

I kind of fixed the post lol, i realize these guys are way overworked and way underfunded. I appreciate all their hard work. Do the best you can, radar technicians. I'll just look outside. Lol

SPC meso analysis shows a nice finger of 870-700 mb frontogenesis setting up.  That would explain the precip starting to blossom just west of I-95.
