It's not too pretty honestly.  Accounting for ground temps along with the surface, there just isn't going to be much in most areas in the Columbia area that experience higher precipitation amounts.  Rain, snow, sleet mix at best.  The latest NAM severely cut down totals from it's previous run.  The GFS is just ugly and borderline, not worth mentioning, and the RGEM model is dry.

Snow is snow especially in March. I'd take token flakes at this point in the season. I'd take an hour of moderate to heavy snow.
