Interesting radar just off the coast here. Looks like a squall line moving in reverse. Some early returns already coming in overnight perhaps. Not sure if that's noise?

South Portland.....band just came ashore.  Fairly impressive increase in rates over the snow, snow-, and freezing drizzle we've had constantly for the past 12 hours.

Wind pushing up as well.

Welcome to the forum.  Always nice to see new posters come on board.  I do see that you joined a long time ago but adding to the discussion is always appreciated.

Light snow has commenced. Way colder than I had anticipated on the shoreline of CT. Temp still falling as we wet bulb, 24/21. -S

Light snow here as well in Branford. 25 degrees here and I am less than a mile from the shore. Thought it would be warmer as well.

I'm in SoPo too.  That was a nice narrow band to sit under for a few last night.

Light snow and colder than expected. 23 according to the old thermo out the window. Awaiting the heavier band down towards Bridgeport and hoping it's not sleet.

My folks live in Bridgeport and confirmed a sleet/snow mix. Sleet line looks to be washing out and slowly moving south. You would think that the heavier echos would dynamically cool the column a bit. We'll see..
