I am hoping the GFS is correct with the MJO PH7-8. We saw that back in Jan 2009 and that worked out OK then. Euro is starting to come around to that. Nothing really out the ordinary. With this type of pattern. Nam radar and h850 clearly show the pattern. Surface boundaries indicate frontal trough.
