December 19th 2016 Ocean Effect Snow Lower to Mid Cape Cod

With a northerly wind trajectory and a delta t near 22C, there is a good chance that Ocean Effect Snow can develop in bands over the outer and mid Cape Cod region, maybe as far west as Plymouth, MA and Bourne, MA towards the afternoon of the Monday, the 19th.  Models forecast a prolonged period of northerly winds, somewhat near 18 hours, so we could have extreme instability develop over the Bay of Cape Cod and we could see snowfall rates approach 1"/hour if everything sets up correctly.

Not a single community will see one inch total, never mind in any given hour.
