It's been very warm down there, lots of low-to-mid 80s.  I have a friend near Orlando, t-shirt weather everyday lol.

Miami is currently in the lead for the warmest December on record. You can see how the 2006-2016 era dominates the top 5. It's even more remarkable

that 2010 was the coldest December on record there.

2016....77.4

2015....77.2

1931....75.4

2013....75.1

2007....74.9

2006....74.4

GFS takes that storm next week and gave it the old GGEM, blows it up, this timeframe might be our shot at a significant warning level event

out in fantasy land, but EPS crushes everyone more towards burbs but 10+ for all with that storm next week

what dates is this next possible storm?

If this rate of December warming persists, our Decembers later in this century will have a similar average temperature to November today near 47 degrees.

So the historic December warmth last year will be a preview of what is closer to normal in the future if the trend continues.

That's why I feel that 1981-2010 averages are really not average for today's climate.
