Since it is about to be May I think it is safe to start this month's banter thread with a dive.  Not from a cliff but from a plane.  This is my youngest's latest adventure in her ongoing year in New Zealand.  Ah, to be young again.  The entire video is well done.  However, for those in a hurry, the jump starts at about 2:10.

You need to actually have the degree before you get a red tag. I don't know the rules for orange tags.

Pretty sure you have to be a professional forecaster, with or without a degree.

Very serious taking geology, oceanography, environmental courses, what degrees at App would qualify to get me a orange tag? Plus I plan on continuing my education beyond App at another university. Help.

Here you go.

So, where in the bloody hell is this super duper desert dry catastrophic LA NINA that we were supposed to flip to this spring/summer again?

Sick and tired of rain every day. I've literally seen rain/storms every single day since last Wednesday. I'm ready for the friggin' drought.

Found it! It's in my back yard! :(

I am okay with a good two week stretch without any rain, unless we get a storm in the evenings after 8:00. I don't want my kids to be making up baseball and t-ball games in July.
