There always seems to be a good spot in these types of storm like DC today. The radar echos slide east and the transition is slow. One the radar echoes move north its over quick. Winds more ESE to SE as of 7pm instead of E to ENE as they've been all day. .5" of snow before the change to rain at 7:30pm.
