The only bits left are speckles of white under tree-shade or otherwise protected areas. Yeah the only snow left is bits and specks. Full sun still vaporizes a small amount of snow. So at least we did score one good winter storm (to this point). There have been winters where many have received nothing or nearly nothing. This wont be one of them thankfully.
