He is saying that it is continuously lifting and dropping over the hilly terrain. He says that he can't see anything to the south right now, but the northeast [where Looxahoma is] was where he saw the tornado head off towards. Anyway, thanks again for your expertise. no problem. i know I'm a bit out of my more native areas (central/northeast PA and the midwest) and i hope I wasn't intruding. i just thought this would be the region of focus tonight, so would be the place where talk of this outbreak would be focused. that being said, yea the 00Z BNA sounding quincy put up definitely isn't good for the Music City.
