Is that bright banding up in extreme northern new Hampshire? Mt. Washington dropped down to 22 on a SE wind which I find super impressive

Yeah there's been bright banding on the higher angle scans of BTV's radar all afternoon. Just based on its location from the radar site, I'd imagine snow levels are 6,000-7,000ft? I see MWN went from -SN to -ZR so it must be mild way up there somewhere.

Past hour wind has increased here as well..gusts probably in the 40-50mph range. KDDH gusted to 41 last ob, so seems reasonable.

Yeah it's dead calm here in the low elevation on the east slope. But I was thinking if any of those summit winds are mixing down on the west slope, someone will have an exciting evening.
