Am I missing something?

Today
Sunny, with a high near 85. Calm wind becoming southwest around 6 mph in the afternoon.
Tonight
Patchy fog after 5am. Otherwise, partly cloudy, with a low around 61. South wind around 6 mph becoming calm after midnight.
Saturday
A chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly after 2pm. Patchy fog before 8am. Otherwise, partly sunny, with a high near 87. Light southwest wind. Chance of precipitation is 30%.

Just one here.

 

Just not a season of high heat around here this year.  I think I have maybe 1 or 2 90s this year....usually I have a bunch more than that.

 

I remember one summer, I think it was in the 1990s, that there was a ridiculous amount of them, even a stretch of like 10 out of 12 days...something like that.

Depends where you live this summer. Just to your south I've had several 90+ days with more to come.

Need another 2002, when I had 93, 92 on 9-10 Sept.  No stickies, though, as dews were in the 50s.  (Unlike Sept 1999, when a warmer-looking pattern topped out at 89 with dews over 70 - hard for that lower sun angle to heat up all that water.)
