July 11-14 Severe Weather Event

Thank you for this. I had thought it was the major switch that then down the line caused that pattern to become so hectic. That month is something I doubt I'll ever see again in my life

I unfortunately missed that month because I didn't care about weather at the time... but I do remember watching TWC's coverage on 4/27. Amazing month. Actually, the entire year was amazing (albeit unfortunately deadly) for severe weather. Considering 1974 and 2011 fell easily in an average person's lifetime, I think my generation will see another month like April 1974 and 2011... but who knows.

IND confirmed an EF1 tornado from that other big cell that was south of the LAF area.

This was taken at 926 pm, 1 minute after touchdown. I hate trees. And Indiana corn.

Due to being stuck in flooded waters we had to relocate, it was not safe to sit in the path of this with no escape route. So this was taken about 15 minutes later, what was left of it.
