And yes, they literally just said to add that to whatever is on the ground now. Sent from my Nexus 7 I honestly think a few more inches are possible from what ppl are saying from Loudoun. Now we get to look forward to the possible record-breaking cold tonight. Latest HRRR has spotty sub-zeroes across northern MD while the RAP has a decent portion of MD in the negatives.
