New 1.7 at 10:30 am since last 6 am ob, so up to 16 even here, 15 on ground, little compaction I guess. Oops! Took over 2 hours. My neighbor let me use something he called a Canadian Ice Shovel. I had never seen one before. I will include a picture below. It worked great! I gotta buy one. I have over 20 inches on my board but the snow is blowing pretty severely now. I took measurements all over the place and averaged 19.5 so thats what I am going with. Hope to get to 22. Been out with neighbors digging out our cul-de-sac since then. Pretty horrible out there with the wind and drizzle at 33.6 degrees. Just turn back into snow already! SNOW REPORT from Jefferson/Knoxville/Pt ofRocks/Brunswick AREA: 4 - 5 ft snow drifts as of NOW. County trucks cannot keep up with new snow & wind. DO NOT GO OUT. Main roads have JUST enough room for ONE car to pass. Ditches on sides of road are well over 3 feet high & growing. Side roads have NOT been touched. STRAIGHT TALK: DO NOT GO OUT.
