I would like to observe that the forum has been running fantastic in the last few hours... not one SQL error for me...

It's 1:20 in the morning, and half the people that ARE up, are outside for the killer alien death band raping.

Pouring snow... not sleet... ALL snow and big, nice flakes as well in Navy Yard. Never seen it snow like this since moving to DC 3 years ago. Piling up fast now.

I've been waiting for this since 2010. Middle river, 2.5" and coming down hard now in huge puffy flakes.

Too bad I can't enjoy it. Wife is 5 days overdue with our first child. Sweating bullets hoping the low pressure doesn't kick off labor...

Oh man, good luck. I don't envy you, it'd make for a memorable story, though! We brought home our first from Sibley on 12/19/2009...

plow went by an hour ago. I can't even tell anymore. It is getting more and more difficult to tell where my sidewalk becomes the roadway. I'm running out of adjectives to describe this snowstorm.

Thanks... nice to have the fire department right up the street... if the ridiculous occurs, we might just get a bus ride to the hospital...

That was a killer storm, I remember watching all night out my window in downtown Baltimore, it was amazing.
