I'll be heading out later this morinng to the mid-Coast. One of my pet peaves is people talking looking to what's coming and saying "downstream". I'd hate to see them trying to fish. Some rain here but I think it was mixed with snow earlier. Congrats?? If this busts for a particular area, it's because of the caveat a few of us mentioned......the precip not coming together over that particular area. There was an east shift overnight, but it's not really supposed to Get going near and NE of ORH until after 9-10am. We'll see how radar looks.
