Also -- in terms of the lat/long, you do NOT have to give me your lat/long for your actual backyard. A nearby intersection, park, open field, or whatever is perfectly fine.

Otherwise, I will use the google lat/long for whatever town you are located in

I noticed that your latitude is south of mine even though I think you live north of me, so I plugged the coordinates in and got NIH. Is that where you are intending to be reporting snow from?

there are only 4.4 miles from your location and his location.

but if he does live north of you, then yes, his lat/long would be incorrect

8.5" total for this one.

Seasonal I can't be sure. I was in NYC during Jan 2-3 and was laid out with the flu during the two back-to-back events in late February, so couldn't measure those.

If I assume 2.5" for January 2-3 (from surrounding reports, that seems reasonable) and maybe 4" from the back to back events in late February, that'd get me to 43" or so.

38.95 77.08 if you want to use it.

After 2/9 I had measured a foot more on the season than you had. You not only made that up, but passed me on the season. Almost a tale of two winters in one, with my northwest location benefitting the first half and the metro areas and burbs turning the tables completely the past six weeks.
