Really been a wintry mix for a few hours alternating between light rain then sleet and snow mixing in. I'd say a good inch of slush in most spots right now. Feels though like it's getting colder. As of 11:30 we have 0.09" liquid in the bucket...probably should be about .1" with the sleet in teh collector that hasn't melted yet. We had 0.3" snow earlier. There is some rain mixed with the sleet and I haven't noticed any snowflakes in over an hour. I'd describe the wx as in a steady state right now. No real changes in temp or p-type for the past hour plus. The sleet is mostly melting, but is collecting a bit still in the "shady" areas. Can't say exact speeds, but our building tends to start creaking at 15-20....its creaking now. Started about 15 minutes ago. Snow/rain mix at 300 ft up. Mostly rain at street level.
