I caught some deserved flak for being lazy with the wind contest. The methodology for this will be total departure calculated by adding entrant's departure for each individual location. RIC's total will be the tie breaker. Upping the stakes with a prize should keep helpless weenies in check...or not. Hopefully the winner uses the gift card to buy weather apps.
