Most of the snow if there is a large amount, they dump it with all the other trash into the Inner Harbor of charm city I've noticed those markers along the major routes and arteries. Got caught in a nice downpour and some sheets of wind blown rain on my walk down to the stadium. I was wondering. We accidentaly left our patio umbrella up, and around 1 am heard a loud sound on the deck. Woke us up.
