I think that had there been more water in the bucket, the ice would have been thicker. You have a very lucky dog. dsaur Posted January 4, 2012 Share Posted January 4, 2012 After 19 last night it got up to 50 today. Being outside working at 2pm it felt good with the sun on you, and I pulled off my jacket. By 4 is was hard cold as the sun got down beyond the trees, yet even now, after dark it is still 46. I'm still fascinated, like I was as a kid, how lack of humidity, and sun angle can affect the way cold feels even when there are just a few degrees difference....and as long as wind isn't involved.
