Getting clipped by a thundershower here. Didn't expect to start this rain event off like this! Smells good too. Might have had one hailstone too, when the rain started, it was huge drops, but the very 1st one sounded like a stone hit the gutter, lol.

Uh…was there just an earthquake? Anyone else feel that?
Yeah, it felt that way here too. And we're pretty far apart.

Got an additional 0.22" last night to finish up with 1.75" for yesterday. And with another 0.24" earlier this morning, I so far have 3.07" for a 3-day event total.
There is an odd yellow orb in the sky this morning, and after bottoming out at 38, it's currently partly sunny and 39 with dp 39.
ETA - So far have 3.75" of rain for the month and the Wissahickon creek is pretty much lapping the banks and the Schuylkill @ PHL just barely missed flood stage (so far) but might still get there if the rain picks up again.
I've got sunshine, on a cloudy day....

I do believe I heard a couple of rumbles of thunder a little while ago. Decent shower here wrapping up.

Mist/Overcast stuff going on here...really need to mow. Gotta be tomorrow...early next week looks bleak.
57F/Overcast
Tomorrow sounds great (at the moment)...mowed here yesterday, except where I'm raking today. Looks great, although it could be the 1st time I mowed in March.

Ended up with 0.49" of rain in the bucket on Wed. and finished up with 0.10" on Thurs. for a 2-day total of 0.59".
Made it up to 55 for a high yesterday after a 39 low, and touched 60 today after a 38 low.
It has clouded over now as some rain is approaching, and temp is 58 with dp that has crept up to 33.
Getting some light rain here, refreshing while raking sweet gum balls, lol.

They are now
Some of these gusts feel like the strongest of the month
We had a box blow off the porch late afternoon, and it had a bunch of pieces of Styrofoam in it, lol. All reclaimed, we think. Some of it went pretty far.

Total here is 2.78". Whatever plant life survived the cold the other night is loving it. Probably will need to mow by the end of the week, might be the 1st March mow since we've been here (12 years).
Pretty windy at times, temp dropping a bit, 42F here now.

Microburst are often but not always associated with thunderstorms. Interesting weather- I find it very typical March weather for the area.
Yeah, March can be a windy month, and we've had some wind, along with the roller coaster temps.

Had some activity pop up sort of on front of the main batch - got windy, thunder and lightning a couple miles away, nice shower, but fast moving. Cool gust front out ahead of it on radar.
