Really didn't feel like it affected it much at all though...any instance where the clouds became thick enough was very brief. Was kinda cool watching the high clouds drift by the eclipse from time to time .

Very cool even at 90 percent...the darkning is different then normal sunset or clouds...

Yup Aftershock.

I was in the exact same place for this quake and 2011... sitting upright in my bed lol. This one was more a sharp jolt followed by a good 10 sec rumbling...2011 felt more of a swaying motion for me.

My LE is 0.41" , so that works out to about 17:1 with 7.2".

7.2" here on si as of 6am...What a pleasant surprise. 

My station on si... Dec tied for 2nd warmest behind the ridiculous 2015... Precip of 7.67" was 2nd wettest. Nov actually had a lower mean min temp than Dec. Yearly it was my 2nd warmest just behind 2012.... Total Precipitation of 56.67" was about 7" above normal. Based on 46 years of record.

Yeah pretty impressive dry spell for these parts, had 0.01" on the first and that's it for a three week period. Of course that will end later on today into tomorrow. 

1.51" for Friday,  temp split of 63/55.

Up to 1.10" here  on si with heavy batch that just moved thru.

Winds have shifted to nw here with temp down to 65°. Showers all around but missing here.

0.08" ...No luck so far.

Cooler today here with 71° high, very foggy this am.....Highest temp this week was 83° on Wednesday.

September finished here with a +0.9° temp departure...the first ten days were about +7°, so we made up a lot the last couple weeks. Rainfall of 9.75" which is my 3rd wettest in 42 years.

2.33".... temp split of 61/58.

The rain was much more significant with Irene vs Gloria....About 3.50" for Gloria and 8.01" for Irene here on si.

Small diurnal 59/56 split today. 

Astro summer here was wet with 19.09" of rain which is 6th highest in 42 years...last summer saw just 8.50 ".

1.10" today...Temp split of 61/57.

0.85"...seems to be going as expected for most so far.
