  1. This threat is really starting to look pretty serious. I guess we have to wait til tomorrow 00z to really lock it in.

  2. Those Friday night storms died out I spoke too soon lol. Yesterday was pretty wild though we probably got about half an inch with a few rounds of storms. What do you think of this hurricane threat? lol

  3. Lol, that's okay. Spelling is not that important anyway. I'm up to 7.36 for the month after last night and I could be around 8 after this next line of storms that is on its way. Looks like you got hit earlier with some heavy stuff. What's the most rain ORH has ever had in a month?

  4. Based on AHPS and the map KBOX put out for the storm it seems his total is skewed...lol. I have a theory that rain water is getting caked up on tree leaves and then falling into his rain gauge but he says there are no leaves above it. I'm going to have to farther investigate lol.

  5. How much so far? I ended up with 3.31" but my dad just down the road got an insane amount.. over 6" I think lol.

  6. Yeah 290 I think..speed limit was kind of low. Rain was slow to get going down here but it's really coming down right now we're under 35 dbz.

  7. Hey went through Worcester on my way back from Manchester, NH tonight.

  8. Looking forward to a good rainfall!

  9. Idk, I guess it depends...about 5 degrees cooler on average during the summer? There's gotta be something wrong with my station though if it said 94.6. Hell I've had the thing since 2003 and I don't think I ever saw it get that high, not even last summer.

  10. My weather station hit 94.6 today...LOL

  11. Where've you been?

  12. Lol, yeah I saw you were flirting with sleet all night. I mean I think I can complain a LITTLE I wasn't expecting the winter to crap out that badly but it did. 11" from January 27th on is pretty pathetic lol.

  13. I lied, sneaky warm layers are screwing me too. The second half of this winter pretty much went back to same old same old around these parts. Oh well..lol.

  14. As it turns out, it's lack of moisutre that is more a problem here Paul. Hard to believe how early the ECMWF and GFS were closing this storm off at 500 mb just yesterday and even more so two days ago. It sounds like you are doing very well so far. I'd say you have a very good chance at 6+. Good luck!

  15. Fool me twice lol. Well, looks like I will be dealing with heavy cold rain here Paul. Either that or nothing if the NAM is correct. Good luck to you up there.

  16. GFS, fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice...

  17. Lol..good run, good run...

  18. Paul, how are you doing up in ORH land? Bet you are glad you're escaping the worst of the rain. Me too though, just to our west.

  19. 2.56" of rain commander. Over and out. Lol a snow pack destroyer for sure. Inside my pool fence still has quite a bit as well as most of my backyard.

  20. You're stealing my clipper.

  21. Calm down, calm down, don't get a big NAM!

  22. Maybe this winter will be known as "The 5-week winter."

  23. Well I think you average about 20" more than I do maybe a little more. What are your thoughts on Friday? It seems Will and Scott have completely written off the chance of it being a snow or even mostly frozen event. I can see why though..+NAO and -PNA FTL.
