After being told from a cashier that I looked like a little white haired old lady while I was sitting in my truck, I decided I had to make a drastic change. I went from blonde to a copper mahogany brown....looks like this:

I recently had great news. 2 Romance novels and a book of poetry have been published. Dreams do come true, now if I can just get in on a really good snowstorm this winter! This picture is what's on the back of my book.

They've been blooming here the last few weeks too...the bartlett pear trees are in full bloom in town...mine's about ready to bust open with blooms, roses have come back, the tulips and day lilies are coming back faster this year than last too....

One of my 4 dogs thinks she's a cat, the other thinks she's human, and the other 2 chase anything and everything they can, just to be able to run...tmy male is a pure Jack Russell and the other 3 are Jack Russell/Boxer mixes.

Izzy is a beautiful dog! I would hope so, but still would be nice to see a glimmer of a smile.

Great week!!! I've looked and looked at the pic and until you said something I never knew the tv was on! I never saw the face until you pointed it out. Yes, in a way they did...Dad took the pic, told me to smile, my Mom who was pregnant at the time, came around the corner and my sister scared her and she yelled which made me turn my head. Dad snapped it anyway and refused to take another! You look so serious!

June 3rd, 1987...the night I graduated high school! Talk about platinum blonde and blue eye shadow! They say you look better with time...I agree...I think I look better now than I did then.

My 2 sons caught me and my daughter napping on film once...put a skull from Halloween in our faces and made moaning sounds...most scariest thing they had done at the time....they have an imagination!

Miss the beach...used to live 5 minutes from the Gulf of Mexico...sometimes I wish I would've stayed, but then again, I love the snow!

They got ours in in 2010...love it...just too expensive for me! But they did just get in chocolate/chocolate chip brownies...to die for. And you're welcome!
