Close to the Rolling Road VRE - eastern side of Burke. I don't know half the stuff the rest of the folks do, so I make witty (?) comments here and there and post obs when it seems worthwhile. Glad to hear at least someone gets something out of my posts!

Crap...sorry to hear about the carpet. We're lucky in that our basement is semi-finished and only has tile and sealed concrete. We also have a drain that I squeegied everything into. Still, for first-time homeowners, it's been less than fun. We even have some wetness showing in the ceiling in the den. Good luck with getting everything squared away!
