0z HRRR gives Harford and Cecil 0.15-.20 additional qpf kinda looks like what the NAM was showing 18z only difference is south of 70 is basically shut out on the HRRR.  Almost a inch out of round 1. Temp 27

Re development starting north of martinsburg in PA HRRR shows that forming quick and dropping 1-2 mostly in NE MD

Should be snowing pretty good in northern Carroll right now. Yellows on radar forming 

Looks good for a solid 2-3 In northern MD and PA.  Not a ton but bring it on.

This event should be good for us up north. Likely to warm south of 70

Blending all the models including the new CMC northern MD looks good for a few inches for the Thursday and Friday event 

Forcing is still shifting north as the low shifts east it's just taking its sweet a.. time 

Bands are starting to shift north
