The signs were there all along. Too many people ignored them and didn’t remain objective. They allowed their personal wants to interfere with their forecasts

Are you looking at The Weather Channel App? If so that should be the very last line of weather forecasting you should look at. Pretty much all of those apps are computer automated.
Yes I was looking at the app. Just for s and grins. I don’t put much stock in it.

TWC covering their assets. They say less than one inch of snow expected in the next 48 hours. But then the next line says that forecast can change.

Hrdps has 6+ for NYC and the surrounding areas.
And it looks like most of the snow is going to fall after dark so sun angle will not be a factor.

TWC radar says it’s snowing here in Brooklyn but I’m seeing nothing but rain drops. What gives?

It’s amazing how a body of water over 3,000 miles away can have such an affect on our weather here.

Dew point down to 6 in Central Park.

Looks like we might get a coating from that batch of precipitation just to our southwest but the main precipitation doesn’t come in until about 7am.

Last summer was one of the most humid ever, if not the most humid. We had multiple days with high 70s dews
Used to be a dew point of over 70 was rare. Now they are frequent.

The question was who called for 70?
I know now it was you and it’s fair at least you answered. The pattern setting up, I don’t think I’ve ever seen a better outlook for the next month at least!
have fun with the snow and the tracking of course!
Man I love your enthusiasm and I hope you’re right. It’s been such a boring winter up to this point.

If we do get a snowstorm(believe it when I see it), maybe that will be the start of a new and hopefully snowy pattern.
