    Looks like snow in Wake at hour 44 and lasts a few hours.

    RDPS looked good, too. Seems like it's a battle of the short range vs the globals. The GFS does look better than the Euro for here, though.

    Hopefully the Euro is getting on the same page with the NAM. Didn't folks use to say if the Euro and NAM were showing the same thing you can pretty much gurantee it?

    At least with the last storm the globals and NAM were pretty close to being on the same page with 24 hours to go. This time we have the globals on different pages and the NAM reading a whole other book.

    Funny thing is I recall folks in the past say when we're this close don't look at the globals anymore, look at the short range models.

    NAM continues to go hard. At least it's consistent. And now.we have the RGEM looking better. Can we have two storms in a row that shift for the better just 36 hours out?

    So we've gone from a eastern NC hit to a western NC hit. Glad to see we're narrowing this one down.

    Saw this from a met who used to post here. just like last week, the difference between the nam and everyone else is... not very much. 42 hours out the NAM is a touch weaker and 120 miles east with that four corners shortwave and that makes all the difference.

    Nice storm on the NAM and still some time for it to move west a bit. Good to see it staying consistent, too.

    NAM still looks good but it's all by itself. At this point I would rather have nothing at all so my son's basketball game won't get canceled Saturday if we're not going to get at least as much as we did with the last storm.

    GFS has been trending better, though. Euro is really the only holdout.
