ah yes remember that one. How about before that?
The same January event listed for ORD, so two that winter. Prior to that you have to go back to GHD2.

I don’t think we’ve had a double digit storm in the city proper since 2015
The last double digit and 12"+ event downtown was Feb 14-16th, 2021.
https://www.weather.gov/lot/Feb14-16_HeavySnow
The last double digit event at ORD was Jan 30-31st, 2021 and the last 12"+ event was GHD2.

It appears the pivot will attempt to happen right over the metro area.

Parachutes at ORD currently.

Rip city in most of the metro now (Minus lake influenced areas).

Looks like we have a 981MB SLP in E IL currently.
So it most definitely will end up sub-980MB as it continues into IN/MI.

After wavering around the metro area for a while, the R/S line is finally crashing back southeastward.
Areas closer to the lake in E Lake and Cook Co's will still have to fight the lake influence for a while longer though.

Weird how Midway has had more than Rockford. Doesn't seem possible.
MDW was actually under better quality radar returns overnight.
Additionally, RFD has a long history of measurement issues.
