Hey just because the people here have minds in the 7th circle of the gutter, doesn't make my question wrong

Well...the line had somethin' to do with backdoor-ing...

Did we get backdoored last night?

I think it happened (at least here) before last night - when I left work at 6 the sun was out but their was a noticeably cool east breeze blowing.

No rain yesterday. HRRR with the big fail. It is; however, sort of a raw, chilly morning. Relatively so...no jacket or anything required...

Many Philly fans are a disgrace to humanity, news at 1 1
Some of the most obnoxious fans I've encountered in hundreds of games all over the country are Red Sox fans. Nothing will convince me otherwise. Not in the same way as Phillies fans, just annoyingly obnoxious. I'd much prefer to be at Oriole Park with Yankees fans than Red Sox fans.

I was at the Vet on Opening Day 1981 when the 1980 World Champions were honored.
I was also there in 1972 when the Phillies swept the Mets in a twin bill. 2 wins on one night in a season that they failed to win 60 games.

What is up with the sign going into the Bears game saying no tailgating? That is not Hershey Park Happy, Hershey Park Glad of them.

Going to the Phillies game Saturday - what should I get to eat? I'm tired of the subpar brisket cheesesteak from that place out in the alley
You should have brought brisket back from Texas last week and ate it at a tailgate before the game.

Us Lanco peeps suck at snow, but we sure know how to get some 'Nados. Keep up, people!

Harris was where he should have been at the end - on the bench. He's become unplayable.
He really has. I don't know how Nick will handle him going forward.
Every game I watch, I sit and analyze every move that Nurse makes and compare it to what I think Doc would have done. I highly doubt that Doc would have had the guts to bench him.
Have you noticed how many close games we've won over the past month or so? Games that we NEVER would have won in the previous years. Last night's game...if that was last year, we were toast.

Only .02" of rain here overnight.
Batum saved the Sixer's bacon. Embiid was in his typical playoff form until the final few minutes. Harris was absolutely abysmal.

It would be more like a Hot 9 months but I catch your drift. LOL
I'm waiting for Blizz to make the first move - then I'll buy in his neighborhood so that I can borrow his fully gassed snow blower in South Beach.

Have not read but rankings like this are generally an exercise in absurdity and not worthy of anyone's time. Like, how do you even begin to rank something as complex as a state and all that comes with that term? Based on what? And according to whom? Silliness aimed at driving clicks.

And further...personal preferences are what matters to me. I know there are some that won't visit let along move to Florida. I'd move there in a hot second once my wife greenlights us. Most of my family will be there in the next 3-5 years.

Somehow, that area of rain completely whiffed me. Nary a drop. Radar doesn't look super encouraging for rain chances, at least in the near term.

Cloudy here as well - looking at CTP's future radar map, I'm going to get a shower here in the next hour and that might be it until Friday.

I haven't looked out since 9am, at that time the sun was shining with only some high clouds around. I was stunned this morning - it was beautiful!

yep, we always eat prior to going in. i usually only drink 2 beers, unless my brother goes along
How much is beer now in Hershey? Philly venues are pretty much in the $13 - $16 range this year.
Chicken and fries is what I remember costing so much in Hershey. I paid more for that 10 years ago in Hershey than I just did on Opening Day in Philly.

I love Red Robin. Afraid I would be too full of the unlimited fries to do it before the game though. LOL. The irony of the Red Wings situation is crazy. If Torts knew he probably does not pull the goalie though Caps may still have won in OT.
Another scenario (improbable, and would not have happened regardless of coach) was that if the Flyers were putting on pressure in the final minutes to NOT pull the goalie and see if they could tie it 5 on 5. The Flyers are simply awful with a man advantage and I personally think they could have tied it without pulling Ersson.
Again though...in reality, that just would not happen and even if they did it was admittedly a very low probability.
All this thinking has me stressing for fries now. LOL

Red Wings went into OT would not have mattered.
On back to back nights the Red Wings trailed in the final minute. Both nights they tied it, both nights they won it.
And then they get eliminated because the team they wanted to win was forced to pull their goalie in a tie game because that team had to win in regulation.
Pretty cruel ending for the Wings.

You look to do better than over this way - no one seems overly enthused with much falling from the front.
