Nooners 74...at houlihans in Hershey.
Of all places - why?

My highest gist since Thursday was 54 mph Friday afternoon. My data shows Friday the windier of so days and no major spike last night - stuff in the mid 40s I had since Wednesday am. 72 hours with gust over 40 every 30 mins is brutal.

73 and sunny at noon

Landed. We flew through some amazing lightning. Wild vector landing.

I have terrible internet that won’t load RadarScope here at DFW. Will that like clear Harrisburg by 10?

Central PA has been blue boxed.

Timing is pretty awful for my flight home tonight. Harrisburg won’t see hail but straight line winds are a real threat still there.

Mostly cloudy, with a low around 54. West wind 6 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 23 mph. Chance of precipitation is 40%. New precipitation amounts between a half and three quarters of an inch possibleDoesn't make sense how do you get half to three guarters of an inch precip with only 40% chance?
It won’t be a long line - it’ll be discrete cells.
My flight is set to land at 1035 pm. Thinking that’s not going to happen.

I guess it's time to tell you guys.
This past Tuesday, I lost my mom. She passed peacefully late afternoon. She couldn't overcome the digestive system infection (c diff) that she contracted while in rehab for a broken hip.
I sat with her, holding her hand as she slipped away to the other side, reiterating that I loved her, but that I was ok, and that I wanted her to be pain free, to see again, and be with my dad and brother again.
We had some differences of opinion while I was here, but I hope my being here in Arizona was a comforting factor over the past year and a half that I spent with her.
Oh Steve, I’m incredibly sorry for your loss. I’m glad you were at the end you were able to be there with her for a good long run and then there to say goodbye. Sending healing thoughts to you and your fam.

I’ve had winds over 40 for 28 straight hours now. And it won’t die off until Saturday night. And then Sunday night might pop some severe storms. Which is when we fly home.
