Bottomed out at 10.6 this morning. This has been a very impressive Cold outbreak With no snow cover.

This went to heck in a hurry! I'll say by tomorrow 12z models will probably have us going above freezing Sunday! And earlier today it look like low 20s during the storm... lol

In King main street was covered in Sleet about a hour ago, with heavy sleet still falling then per my wife! But no sleet at all at my house just NW of King. 31.5 lgt ZR 

Edit: Just heard a report from a friend of 1 inch of sleet in King!

Pathetic!  If any of the GFS models get it right, it will absolutely be by a accident.   It's really just like always in NC, If you're outside the Mountains you won't know until about 24 hours out.
