Almost all sleet in Crozet across the mountain. Could swear there’s some rain drops mixed in as I’m shoveling.

Not sure how it was over toward your way in the Nov 2018 ice storm... but we don't need that to repeat over in Waynesboro east Augusta....that was a wild night and crazy few days to follow...
I drove from work in Maryland back to Charlottesville through 81/Shenandoah that evening. Almost got stuck in a couple spots and had to take several detours because of downed trees.

Snow flurries west of Charlottesville. I can’t see the mountains at the moment so must be a decent snow shower further up.

Went under contract on a 45 acre piece of land along the Rockfish River in Nelson County yesterday. 5 acres of meadow and 1000' of frontage on the river then an approx. 200' climb to a flat wooded bluff. The best part of the property though is a USGS gage is adjacent to the land just downstream. Someday far in the future will get my own weather station on the land to go along with the river gage.

Just to your south. I can walk to the Mall in less than 10 minutes. Saw a few wet flakes in there for a moment and rates backed down. Not looking forward to the ice.
Started with sleet snow mix in Crozet west of Charlottesville. Pretty much all sleet now.
