Scott, Morgan, and Campbell counties are seeing significant snowfall (up to 3”) with temperatures well below freezing.  @myTDOT crews are treating and plowing routes, including I-75 from Caryville to Jellico and portions of I-40 on Rockwood Mountain (Roane County). /1
