One notable observation so far is a persistent "dry slot" (or at least an area of lighter precip) from SE PA to N NJ. This is likely a result of subsidence in between strong ascent & banding towards I-95 & 2nd region of heavier precip in northern PA. pic.twitter.com/Gjch7g6o7l
