Opinion: BWI and DCA no longer represent the climate around Baltimore and Washington, DC. Both sites are now "Heat Islands". BWI even runs hotter than DCA now in the Summer! And don't even get me started on measuring snow. 😄 But what can be done? Not much. It is what it is.
