Though we had consistent warming trend over WIO since June but surface divergence, cooling ,Easterly burst was missing over SEIO,indicating no response in the atmosphere. Now Air-Sea exchange is on,so #IOD event will strengthen. pic.twitter.com/zihzP0l8CV
