Turns out even through the 36 inch report was labeled as "Palenville" actually came from Platte Clove Rd on the other side of Round Top. Measurement was at 2100ft, so would have been either side of the road. Your observation supports the 0.1 inch that was reported near Saugerties pic.twitter.com/luKv6I8okl
