Outbreaks don't follow clocks or calendars. They don't count years. Indiana had two "generational" outbreaks 9 years apart, in 1965 and 1974. Just b/c Alabama's big ones happened in '32, '74, and '11 doesn't mean the next can't/won't happen sooner (or later).
