  1. Past hour
  2. Ended up with 2.4". Temp now 25 with snizzle and a stiff breeze. Went out to dinner and yeah, winter is here. Wisp opens Friday and the hubby and his team are excited for a great start to the season.
  3. I remember that from my college days at New Paltz. I’d drive up with a clear car, cars on campus were clean with no snow on the ground there there would be a few cars that rolled in covered in snow.
  4. Seems it. Been a tough read because the sleet line seems to be north of the CC line. Warm layer must be under the beam up here.
  5. Doesn't look the 18z Euro should cave too much if at all so far.
  6. GFS is just hilarious. Says “what warmup” this run
  7. 4.8" before the flip at about 345, heavy wet clearing, just what I didn't want but initial 4-8 call verified. nice early season storm.
  8. Finished up right at 8”, largely within the 8 hour period from 7:15 AM to 3:15 PM. With arctic shots incoming this pack will stay around a bit.
  9. 18z C’mon. Anything outside of 3-4 days is a complete joke. Stick with ensembles.
  10. per CC that line looks like it's from Boston down to dxr, roughly, slowly pushing W and NW
  11. the wind just started picking up here
  12. 0.86" here - exact same as DCA. I guess my station is working ok.
  13. I tend to cuss when I drink bourbon. Feels good.
  14. Haha. If u want to see a wild swing, and it has been going on for a bit…look at 360 on the GFS at 18z and then flip back and look at 12z (temp anomalies). We are talking 40-60 degree swings! Good times.
  15. Seems to be back to -SN now. Mix line looks to be in the first stages of collapsing SE.
  16. Jinx bullshit is annoying.. bullshit. This is a fucking science based forum ffs. Get a grip.
  17. The 18z RGEM has company…the 12z NAM. Both are at range so the usual caveats apply. The 18z GFS wasn’t too far off.
  18. We have .75” of rain so far, bring on the flash freeze!
