  1. Past hour
  2. Thanks Kev.. and ya I moved here for a reason I would be losing it if I was still in the valley..
  3. 29° and very light snow has started in Torrington
  4. I actually like this depiction for this ... I mentioned yesterday to Henry that I though roughly White Plains-Sprinfield-Worcester-Portsmouth was going to be hard to penetrate warmth into. I've also been scratching my head as to what I feel were bloated modeled QPF numbers. The 06z NAM is 1/3 of the previous modeled totals at Logan... and the Euro is moving the system so fast - in fact ..that's the theme with this. Real quick hitter. This is a candidate to both be marginally colder than the consensus, while also ... a bit lighter as a total result.
  5. 29 degrees with drizzle and mangled flakes (Derby) .
  6. Should be noted that the first graph posted is only a small part of the Arctic.
  7. " Get your bread and milk, GET YOUR BREAD AND MILK " ... ( If you know you know ).
  8. Riding the line out in Chester it seems. Flipping to snow with heavier rates, then back to sleet. I cannot believe they closed the schools for this.
  9. I'm surprised they didn't grab Ray for that.
  10. That sleet line just hit like a brick wall. Went from dead silence to loud pinging instantly.
  11. Major bust in York lol been basically just rain .
  12. Still light (all) snow here (1.5in), but very poor flake quality (notably the warm nose has pushed back south in the latest CC returns). Watching heavier returns move in from the west and hoping for some better dendrites...
  13. Ripping good now. It will be important to rack it up early before any mid-storm mix.
  14. You know its a shit storm when oes streamers from block island are your best bet
  15. My bench mark pre-Dec 5th is just an inch of snow. Snow on Christmas decorations is the best snow. I don't care what Lucy says about December snowflakes, they taste fine to me.
  16. Upon further consideration---we might be able to use that therapist on this board!
  17. I’ll take those…between 1-2 inches on those…it’s a start.
  18. Models have trended more bullish overnight. 3-6" looks like a good bet for most in Denver metro, possibly 8" or so for places like Lakewood and Littleton.
  19. .5 rain. Little ice on trees and mulch. Kids got out of school so I guess it's a win. o
  20. Idk, warm nose all the way up to the M/D line. Week later we would still have mixed. End of month would have been snowier. It was just not a cold system this time.
  21. Five inches down Dayton, Ohio way over night. That's two 4 plus inchers for we southerners so far this season. Keep it coming!!!!!
