  1. Past hour
  2. You can see the CC line getting some resistance just north of me literally almost on top of my head. Getting some very ugly mangled occasional flakes mixed in now with the IP/ZR. Temp 29.5F
  3. About an inch on the ground with moderate snow right now at the Worcester / WB line. Major roads right off the highway are snow covered. It's the perfect snowfall for a nice cup of tea and staying off the roads. First storms without any existing salt or sand on the road are pretty messy, even with just a few inches of snow.
  4. flipped back to snow / sleet mix here about 10 mins ago temp creeping up to 30.5
  5. @snowman19 I see my reflection in the MJO phase 8/SSW combo. Hope everyone stays safe in Central Park.
  6. Looked at everything last night and decided not to head north for snow. Went to get car serviced instead. Was a nasty, raw morning here in the lowlands. Still getting a cold 39° rain here. We needed it, so I’ll take it. Sad to see the WAA win out, but that’s the sad truth about these types of setups. If the high is moving out and the antecedent airmass is marginal, probably should hedge on the lower end. This setup in January probably yields one heck of a mess, but the northern tier gets slammed. Till next time!
  7. You should see it soon. Intensity definitely picking up here now.
  8. On the NYC forum they found runs showing rain all the way up to Kingston.
  9. I saw they had a 1.0" snow depth listed for their 7am report but beyond that not sure.
  10. Had a great band come through while i was walking the dog. 2.5
  11. 1.7 inches at noon. So far so good. No mix yet. 29.8 and moderate snow continues.
  12. Especially if they have any snow cover. Does anyone know how much fell at airport?
  13. Keep checking for aggregates mixing in....CC is trying to wash out near you.
  14. I was going to bring this up as well. Multiple things to track, including a nice little Euro/NAM combo for us southern tier folk this Friday. Also on record watch for Friday, with MDT's record low for 12/5 being 12 degrees set in 1926. Exciting times!
