  1. Past hour
  2. 28/19; precip out in PA. Just got the call that our school district has closed. Gotta admit this one is frustrating due to pending work schedule for both of us; a delay would have been somewhat more manageable.
  3. I cant see my ring camera I the dark, but I can hear water going down the gutters. PWS says 32F. It sounds like plain cold rain in Stephens city.
  4. Just saw your post. There is some sleet but snow too. Hrrr showed initial precip as rain, then to snow. I guess it'll switch over once all layers cool. But who knows. Lol
  5. Looks like the thin warm nose has screwed everyone not west of Hagerstown w this event
  6. Out there yes,it's a se flow. Here in the city we still have a northerly flow. It's 31/26 with a nne wind here in the bronx. Whatever precip makes it here will fall likely fall frozen. Winds haven't shifted southerly yet..
  7. Looks like some light OES (or freezing drizzle) in the southerly flow, mostly near and east of the CT/RI border. Maybe a few snowflakes, but illustrates the wind direction nicely.
  8. Well, that warm nose didn't take long at all. To be expected I guess. 100% sleet currently.
  9. 36.3 with closing in on .44” …. I’ve seen closer misses. .
  10. Steady snow with good size flakes. Temp went from 30.6 to 27.9….solid coating thus far.
  11. Mod snow with good size flakes. Solid coating. 32/28
  12. I assumed those heavy echoes were sleet but expected that to change once further north. We'll see.
  13. Temp got down to 22F earlier in E CT but have since climbed to 28F
  14. Big slug of heavy moisture coming your way. I think you'll be good
  15. Today
  16. Precip moving in fast...really fast. That'll help.
  17. Drove up Old Fort mountain this morning no issues. Unofficially my car never got below 34 from Old Fort to the AVL airport.
