Ian Posted December 15, 2010 Share Posted December 15, 2010 clouds still a good ways off.. extrapolated earlier we were mainly clear thru midnight. that's a good 6+ hrs for temps to tank as winds weaken a bit. mos values for pretty much everyone DC/BALT south toward RIC are in the teens and 20s for lows.. even bumping a smidge with extra clouds we're pretty cold. coming off two fairly frigid days as well. so, we have a lot of positives with surface conditions at least... in these types of systems it can make a huge difference.
