Man its very humid today! We have almost 6.5 inches so far with more on the way tonight

Got a good storm for about 30 mins. At least it knocked the pollen and dust down

Same thing happened to bryson and cherokee. Although they at least have the train and the casino. Which is a HUGE draw

Franklin would be your best bet with housing price and amenities. Bryson and cherokee are filled with short term rentals. Batcave and chimney rock are still a mess and rather remote

Had a low of 34 this morning. Feels like October

Very surprising to see franklin have 5 more inches than highlands which is 2500' higher in elevation. Also, the 5" at cataloochee is questionable compared to the very high totals in the valleys near there.

We will be fine. Lived through drier years and we survived

Got just over 2.5 inches with the rain Friday morning included. Had a low of 39 this morning
